The JRP group helped sell my house and it sold very quickly. I was referred to Demitrio from a friend of family. I had a chance to work with Demitrio and Brisa. They helped the selling of my house go easy and smooth through out. My situation was a little difficult because I’m going through a divorce. They were able to meet and contact  both of us separately. They were always there to answer any questions we had . All the paperwork was done online or they came to us, there was never any need to leave our home or work. They made everything easy and convenient. I thank them for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Ronald represented the sellers and I represented the buyers & the buyers loan in this transaction that we just closed in only 21 days. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Castro. He is so incredibly patient and kind, and willing to meet with us at any time. It took us about a year in searching for a home due to the constant change in the house market, but Mike was there every step of the way. He was in constant communication with us, answered all of our questions, and helped us in every way imaginable. We were able to close on our home and move in within a month from having first seen it! He has a great network of people that, like him, are happy and ready to help. My husband and I cannot thank Mike enough for all of his help and time!

I hired Liliana Calderini as my Realtor and now Associate Broker to sell my mobile home this year. Liliana and I worked together every week so that I could be aware of mobile home regulations. Also, she always gave me ample notice about due dates so that all work was done to be ready for inspections. We truly worked together daily at the end and met all things done as a great TEAM!!! I could not have sold my mobile home without her. My mobile home not only needed repairs and some new construction to bring it up to code, but also needed many months of all floors replaced (laminated wood floors and carpets), painting inside and outside, plumbing repairs, a new closet and 3 sets of new closet doors, and a set of new LG washer and dryer. Liliana gave me the latest comps close to finishing all of the needed work so that together we came up with the best price for my home. I GOT my price and, in fact, with Liliana’s assistance, Escrow closed a day early!! For over 40 years I have bought and sold rental property and homes of my own, and NEVER have I had a Realtor or Broker worked with such details to complete closing Escrow without any difficulties. Liliana is the BEST!!!! Thank you, Liliana, for all of your hard work!!!
